Day 1 arrival Tbilisi
Arrive in Tbilisi, meet in the airport and transfer to a hotel.
Day 2 Tbilisi
First we have Tbilisi sightseeing program and then we start our tour in the world of delicious Georgian cuisine from different provinces. At lunch we have dishes from Racha and for dinner we have dishes from Achara province.Overnight in Tbilisi.
Special offer for lunch “Cuisine from the region Racha”: bean soup, bacon from Racha, Shkmeruli.
Special offer for dinner “Cuisine from the region Achara”: with main dish – Acharian Khachapuri.
Day 3 Tbilisi - Kutaisi via Mtskheta and Uplistsikhe
Drive to the ancient capital and religious centre of Georgia – Mtskheta located at the foot of the Great Caucasus Mountains and the confluence of Mtkvari and Aragvi (flowing from the Great Caucasus) rivers. Visit Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.We have lunch in Mtskheta and we try the dishes of mountainous Georgia. Continue along the Silk Road to the cave town Uplistsikhe. Later taste Georgian jams ‘Muraba’ in one of the local families in the village of Uplistsikhe. In the evening arrive in Kutaisi – the second largest city of Georgia.Overnight in Kutaisi.

Day 4 Kutaisi / excursion Samegrelo province
In the morning visit Gelati Monastery. Afterwards drive to the region Samegrelo that is famous for its spicy cuisine. We will get acquainted with different kind of herbs and sauces, learn the recipes and try to cook some special dishes at a farmer’s house.Overnight in KutaisiSpecial offer “Cuisine from the region Samegrelo”: cheese Sulguni, Kharcho, Elarji.
Day 5 Kutaisi - Tbilisi via Sachkere
Drive to visit Sachkhere – mountainous settlement of the region Imereti. Here we learn more about the cuisine of this region. There are many starters with wallnuts and different kind of herbs well-known from this region. In addition to this we will visit farmers’ wine cellar to get acquainted how Georgians produce and keep their wine in underground clay jars "Kvevri". Wine tasting and continue to Tbilisi.Special offer “Cuisine from the region Upper Imereti”: Pkhali, chicken on the clay pot, Mchadi, roasted piglet.
Day 6 Tbilisi / excursion Sighnagi and Gurjaani
We travel to Kakheti – the famous wine-growing region. Besides numerous vineyards we’ll see many fruit gardens on the way and meet locals well-known for their extraordinary hospitality. First we visit fortified town of Sighnaghi and then travel to Gurjaani to a local family to see how Georgian bread is baked and Georgian sweet Churchkhela is made, to enjoy delicious Kakhetian dishes, to see traditional wine-cellar and of course to taste Kakhetian wines. After lunch we come back to Tbilisi and have some time to relax and enjoy a farewell dinner at a restaurant where we’ll once more taste all the most delicious dishes you had during the tour.Overnight in Tbilisi.Special offer “Cuisine from the region Kakheti”: Mtsvadi, Khashlama, Churchkhela.
Day 7 depart Tbilisi
Transfer to the airport. Departure.
